The Scar-20 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle skins available in Counter Strike 2 and Global Offensive. Its predecessor in the previous installments of the game was the Krieg 550 Commando. The weapon is modeled after the FN SCAR, which is a high-quality gun created by a Belgian firearms producer, FN Herstal. It has been used in many wars of the current century, including the one in Iraq and Afghanistan. In CS2(CS:GO), the Scar 20 is exclusive to the CT side.

The SCAR-20 in Combat

The SCAR-20 is one of the best rifles available in the game. It is mostly known for its high rate of fire, powerful long-distance damage, and low recoil. On top of that, it is equipped with an advanced scope that allows it to achieve a high level of accuracy, typical of sniper rifles. When it comes to its capacity, the SCAR-20 offers a pretty decent magazine of 20 rounds, and a reserve of 90 rounds. Its reload takes 3.1s. Unfortunately, it has one major drawback which is its big price tag.

Cosmetic Skins

CS2(CS:GO) offers a variety of SCAR-20 skins. Due to the popularity of this semi-automatic sniper rifle, every player is able to find the perfect version for themselves. There is a wide range of colors, patterns, and prices available. The cheapest SCAR-20 skin is the Contractor from the Safehouse collection. Its Factory New version costs a mere few cents. The most expensive is the Splash Jam from the Militia collection. The Factory New version of this one, on the other hand, can go for over $1000 on the Steam market.
