The Five-SeveN aka the FN Five-SeveN is a pistol skins available in the Counter Strike series. It is modeled after a real-life weapon of the name, manufactured by Belgian firearms producer, FN Herstal. This high-quality pistol was first introduced at the beginning of the current millennium and it has been used in various military conflicts ever since. The name comes from its bullet diameter which is 5.7×28mm. In CS2 (CSGO), the Five-SeveN can be used by both Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists.

The Five-SeveN in Combat

Five-SeveN, although pricey, offers many benefits to the player who chooses to invest their money in it. According to the official description, it is “highly accurate and armor-piercing”. On top of that, it offers a large magazine of 20 rounds and a reserve of 100 rounds. Its reload time varies between 2.2s and 3.2 s (depending on the version of the game), whereas the rate of fire amounts to 400 RPM. Unfortunately, the Five-SeveN also has some major drawbacks. For example, one should keep in mind that it inflicts lower damage than most of its cheaper alternatives. However, it can still prove more effective, as its first two shots cause very forgiving recoil and allow for greater accuracy. It all depends on the skill level and experience of the player.

On its own, the pricy Five-SeveN is not a very flashy weapon, however, when you “dress it up” properly, it can leave an impression even on the most experienced players. For this reason, the Steam Market is overflowing with a huge number of Five-SeveN CSGO skins. People can choose from a variety of colors and designs. On top of that, most of them are at a very affordable price. One of the cheapest Five-SeveN skins is the Coolant from the 2018 Nuke collection. It usually costs a mere few cents. The most expensive, on the other hand, is the Neon Kimono from the Rising Sun collection. The Factory New version of this Five-SeveN skin can go for as much as $200.
