The M9 Bayonet is a cosmetic knife skins available in Counter Strike 2 and Global Offensive and it can be used by both Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists. The weapon was first introduced to the game as one of the original five knives featured in the Arms Deal update. The inspiration for it is the M9 Bayonet Fixed Blade manufactured by Smith & Wesson. It is the more modern version of the Bayonet.

According to the official CS2 (CSGO) description, the M9 Bayonet was “originally intended to be mounted on a rifle, it is also well suited to close-quarters combat”. In the game, it provides the same combat features as the default knife. The weapon enables two firing modes: STAB and SLASH. Its main advantage is the serrated blade and the ability to produce little noise, which can be useful for sneak attacks. On top of that, the Karambit CS2 (CSGO) Knife is extremely light, therefore, it does not slow the player down, which can prove crucial if a rapid retreat is necessary.

However, it is worth noting that some of the available skins are really worth the money, given the extraordinary designs and colors they offer.
