If you want to decline and cancel a trade from SkinsMonkey you can do so by following these steps:
NOTE: You may not be able to cancel all accepted trades.
If you don’t receive all of your items from trades this may be because of a technical issue that occurred during your transfer. If that happens, the items that didn’t make it to your Steam inventory will be credited to your SkinsMonkey account balance.
If your balance isn’t credited after a while, make sure to contact our support to fix the issue.
You have to give each trade a few minutes to get processed and for the status to be updated on the site. If it’s still pending after 15 minutes, give it 10 more minutes or else contact our Technical Support.
Your trades may be declining automatically from Steam if your account has been compromised or any current technical issues. If it’s still happening, try these fixes:
Most of the time, this is because we are still waiting for our trading bot to confirm the trade. If your trade fails to process then your SkinsMonkey balance will be credited based on what the skin was worth.
If the “Waiting Status” is still active after a while and you haven’t received your return in your balance, then contact our Support.
