The winter offensive weapon case was released on December 18th, 2013 as a part of a regular CSGO update.
The winter offensive weapon case contains 12 different weapon skins, all designed by the CSGO community. Lucky players might also open one of 5 different knife skins in the special rare slot.
To open the winter offensive weapon case you must hold a winter offensive key in your Steam inventory. When you open the weapon case, you have a chance to receive one of the following weapon skins:
