What if I did not receive the order or get only part of it?

This article will explain the problems with trades. You could have bought the item on Trade Lock, the trade may still be pending and waiting for your action or the technical issue occurred during your transfer.

If you did not receive your items after successful trade on Steam, check your "Backpack" on SkinsMonkey. Is there a possibility that you bought an item with Trade Lock and you will have to wait a few days to withdraw it.

If you did not bought the item with Trade Lock, please check the current status of your trade in the "Transactions" panel. Read the meaning of statuses in this article.

If you do not receive all of your items from trades this may be because of a technical issue that occurred during your transfer. If that happens, the items that did not make it to your Steam inventory will be credited to your SkinsMonkey account balance.

If your balance is not credited after a while, make sure to contact our support to fix the issue.
