What payment methods can I use?
According to chosen region you can see different available payment methods. If you did not find your country on the drop-down list, you can use the "Global" option.
Is there a commission on adding funds?
SkinsMonkey will not charge any commissions for adding funds to your account balance. However, there may be a small commission depending on which payment provider you chose. That commission will be charged by the payment providers and not SkinsMonkey.
How long does it take to receive a payment in my balance after a successful trade?
The average waiting time for a successful transaction on SkinsMonkey is approximately 10 minutes. You can also check the status of both your completed and pending transactions by clicking on your Profile and going to “Transactions”. In any case, if you don’t receive the payment in your balance after a couple of hours don’t hesitate to call our Support staff.
What should I do if a transaction is cancelled, but my money was still deducted?
In such situations, all you have to do is be patient and wait for our system to return your deducted money back into your balance. However, if for some reason the money is not returned within a few hours be sure to contact the technical support of the payment system that you used.
Why is the payment page saying that I am blocked?
This issue almost always has to do with the payment gateway that you have chosen. You should contact the technical support of that payment provider to fix the issue. The problem is not coming from the SkinsMonkey site.
