How to complete verification?
This article will show you how to complete your Verification and answer most of your burning questions.
How does the verification work?
We work with our partner SumSub, which allows you to send us your data. Once you click "Continue" in the "Verification" tab, you will be redirected to our partner. They will provide all the information you need and carry you through the whole process.
Where can I complete my verification?
Completing your verification is easy! Please follow these steps:
- Go to your "Personal Area" and verify your email address
- Next, on the left, find the "Verification" tab and input your details in the "Billing Details" section
- Navigate to the "Confirm Identity" section and click "Continue"
What do I have to provide to pass the verification?
We ask you only for 2 things:
- A picture of ID document, such as a passport, national ID, or driver's license. For certain documents, we can ask you to take pictures of both sides.
- A brief facial scan using your device's camera to confirm you are a real person. To pass, simply frame your face on screen and slowly move your head in a circle as instructed.
Can I decline the verification?
Yes, if you do not want to proceed with the verification, we can refund you the money. Keep in mind that when you decline this procedure you can not deposit funds unless you complete the KYC.
How do you protect my data?
We are aware that sending personal information is a very delicate case, but our EU-regulated system and SumSub partner keep it secure.
