You can add funds to your balance on SkinsMonkey by clicking on the deposit button in the upper-right corner of the page, next to your profile image. Then, select your preferred payment method and enter the amount you want to add.
SkinsMonkey won’t charge any commissions for adding funds to your account balance. However, there may be a small commission depending on which payment provider you’ve chosen. That commission will be charged by the payment providers and not SkinsMonkey.
The average waiting time for a successful transaction on SkinsMonkey is approximately 10 minutes. You can also check the status of both your completed and pending transactions by clicking on your Profile and going to “Transactions”. In any case, if you don’t receive the payment in your balance after a couple of hours don’t hesitate to call our Support staff.
In such situations, all you have to do is be patient and wait for our system to return your deducted money back into your balance. However, if for some reason the money isn’t returned within a few hours be sure to contact the technical support of the payment system that you used.
You can only make a refund on your added funds if you haven’t spent any money from that particular deposit. In that case, you can contact our Technical Support and show us the transaction ID.
This issue almost always has to do with the payment gateway that you have chosen. You should contact the technical support of that payment provider to fix the issue. The problem is not coming from the SkinsMonkey site.
